EOSC Portal - A gateway to information and resources in EOSC
The EGI-ACE Horizon 2020 project delivers the 'European Open Science Cloud Compute Platform', a distributed, federated compute infrastructure that serves scientific and research communities in open science. Utilize the opportunities offered by the EGI-ACE and submit your use case in an open call! The project provides access to infrastructure and platform services, dedicated user support, and training with this call. The European Commission and various national funding agencies sponsor the services, so selected use cases can access them for free.
The EGI-ACE project opened its 'Call for Use cases', offering access to cloud, HPC, GPU compute and storage resources, compute platform services, data management services, user access management services and related user support and training. The services can facilitate various compute and data intensive use cases. Examples include large-scale data processing and scientific analysis, data mining and visualisation, artificial intelligence/machine learning applications (AI/ML), hosting data analysis environments and applications in the cloud, federating community-specific compute services, and offering Open Science services in the cloud.
Thanks to the EC and national fundings, all the EGI-ACE services are free! If you think your team or project could benefit from the services, we encourage you to submit an application to the EGI-ACE call. The next cut-off date is the 15th of April, and the call remains open after that date, with additional cut-off dates every two months until June 2023.
