EOSC-hub

EOSC-hub brings together multiple service providers to create the Hub: a single contact point for European researchers and innovators to discover, access, use and reuse a broad spectrum of resources for advanced data-driven research.

EOSC-Life

EOSC-Life brings together biological and medical RIs to create an open collaborative space for digital biology.

EOSC-Nordic

EOSC-Nordic aims to facilitate the coordination of EOSC relevant initiatives within the Nordic and Baltic countries and exploit synergies to achieve greater harmonisation at policy and service provisioning across these countries, in compliance with EOSC agreed standards and practices.

EOSC-Pillar

EOSC-Pillar gathers representatives of the fast-growing national initiatives for coordinating data infrastructures and services in Italy, France, Germany, Austria and Belgium.

EOSCpilot

EOSCpilot supports the first phase in the development of the EOSC proposing a governance framework and policies, developing interoperability pilots in several scientific domains and, engaging with stakeholders.

ESCAPE

ESCAPE aims to address the Open Science challenges shared by ESFRI facilities (CTA, ELT, EST, FAIR, HL-LHC, KM3NeT, SKA) as well as other pan-European research infrastructures (CERN, ESO, JIV-ERIC, EGO-Virgo) in astronomy and particle physics research domains.

ExPaNDS

ExPaNDS is a federation of 10 European national Photon and Neutron research infrastructures, and the e-infrastructure EGI. The goal of the project is to set-up a platform for data analysis, as a service for users from research institutes, universities, industry, etc, thus enabling EOSC services, and providing coherent FAIR data services to the scientific users of PaN sources.

FAIR4Health

FAIR4Health aims to facilitate and encourage the EU health research community to FAIRify, share and reuse their datasets derived from publicly funded research initiatives.

FAIRplus

The FAIRplus project aims to develop tools and guidelines for making life science data FAIR.

FAIRsFAIR

FAIRsFAIR’s ambition is to assist the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) governance bodies to deliver FAIR-aligned Rules of Participation in the EOSC. These rules will be designed to establish FAIR compliance of components and practices.

FREYA

FREYA aims to extend the infrastructure for persistent identifiers (PIDs) as a core component of open research, in the EU and globally. FREYA will improve discovery, navigation, retrieval, and access to research resources.

GÉANT

GÉANT is a fundamental element of Europe’s e-infrastructure, delivering the pan-European GÉANT network for scientific excellence, research, education and innovation.

Pages

The European Commission is providing financial support to implement the EOSC by means of projects under the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (Horizon 2020). This page includes all the projects funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme contributing to the establishment of the European Open Science Cloud.

The EOSC portal has been jointly developed and maintained by the eInfraCentral, EOSC-hub, EOSCpilot and OpenAIRE-Advance projects funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme with contribution of the European Commission.
